Liquid Fire Sound:

Liquid Fire Sound was founded in the beginning of 2005 by Mark (Selecta) and Miguel (MC) in Germanys Reggae & Dancehall "Capital" Wuppertal. Both had a wide knowledge in Reggae & Dancehall music and they were both intended to represent this music in a special way to the people. Gettin local attention by making a lot of mixtapes and remixes, they were soon ready for their first live performances. Liquid Fire started playing at different locations in and around Wuppertal, like the U Club, Club Ada, Planet Bochum and many more. During the first year they played more than 45 Dances, and it don't stop. Furthermore Liquid Fire won the Local Bash two times in 2006 - a newcomer event with a people voting. The first climax of their career was in June 2006 when Liquid Fire played on the Summerjam - the biggest Reggae Festival in Europe. In 2007 a new Member joined the Crew: Martin (Selector). - and they established an own Regular Dance together with Running Irie Soundsystem. Liquid Fire is known for their special Jugglin & Selecting Skills, and also for their Stage performance and the huge Remix Catalogue. Liquid Fire plays for all kind of people, Foundation & Rub-a-Dub to Dancehall and Soca.

In 2010 Liquid Fire Sound is still alive. Miguel started a new project called GumBuzz and concentrates on Tropical Bass and other electronic music stylez while Mark aka Selecta Markes is still playing Reggae & Dancehall.


Liquid Fire Soca Crew:

 Furthermore Liquid Fire started a second project trying to establish and support the Soca music and to bring a new alternative vibe to the massive. They presented the Soca Music and other different caribbean music styles every month at the second floor in the U-Club (check out the dates). Wuppertal was soon ready for some bigger Soca Events, so we played on some Soca Specials in the first floor longside big Soca Sounds like Soca Twins and the Mashup Crew from Berlin. They also released some Soca Mix CDs which can be downloaded from our page for free (check out the downloads). In 2010 Liquid Fire Soca Crew is still alive and ready to mashup every dance!
